REQUIREMENTS
Fundraising commitment deadline is Friday, October 22, 2021. The per person/per race or challenge Fundraising Minimum Requirement depends on the race you are registered for.
All participants must fundraise or donate the below requirements for their race.
Half Marathon - $915 Disney Two-Course Challenge (10K & Half) - $1,060 Screaming Fan - $700 Already Registered With Disney - $700
This is your personal commitment and is independent of your participation in any of the Race Weekends for any reason whatsoever.
Fundraising
Either donate the minimum requirement or raise it through soliciting donations or a combination of both
All money raised must be payable to the A-T Children’s Project
All collected donations must be sent directly to the A-TCP office
Forward any donations given to you personally within 15 days
Fundraising Deadlines
The minimum requirement is due by the race deadline , Friday, October 22, 2021 - regardless of your race weekend participation
Each race weekend has its own deadline
All funds to count toward your minimum must be received by the A-T Children's Project by 5:00 PM on the Friday, October 22, 2021 for the Race Weekend for which you registered regardless of your participation in the weekend due to injury, illness, change of plans, etc.
The minimum must be received through online donations or by the A-TCP offices at 6810 N. State Road 7, Suite #125, Coconut Creek, Florida 33073
Minimum Deficit
If the entire minimum requirement is not received by the A-T Children’s Project by Friday, October 22, 2021, then the registrant's credit card will be charged the difference between the minimum required minus the amount donated by you and your sponsors
Participants will be notified via email of the exact amount to be charged prior to the actual charge
